Shipping destinations

Fitouch currently offers shipping to eligible addresses in the United States, Canada, and China. Availability depends on the delivery address and the location fulfilling the order. Enter your address at checkout to see the shipping methods available for your order. If no method is offered, we cannot ship that order to the address entered. We do not offer in-person collection.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown in USD at checkout before payment and may vary by destination, fulfillment location, and the items in your order. Our current shipping options include:

• United States: free Standard shipping where offered; Express shipping at $5 where offered; or a $1 Expedited option for orders fulfilled from our China location.
• Canada: free Standard shipping where offered, with Expedited options at $5 or $10 depending on fulfillment location.
• China: free Standard shipping where offered, or a $1 Expedited option.

The methods and total shipping charge displayed at checkout are the ones that apply to your particular order, including orders with items shipped from more than one location. There is no general $180 free-shipping threshold.

Processing and delivery

We prepare orders before handing them to a carrier. For orders shipped from our China location, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for processing and approximately 10–20 business days after dispatch for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For eligible US orders fulfilled through Amazon MCF, the shipping options currently shown are Standard (3–4 business days) and Express (1–2 business days). Availability and delivery estimates may differ by item and address and are shown at checkout where available.

Once an order is dispatched and tracking is available, we will send a tracking link. Carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and remote destinations can affect delivery times. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us through the chat on fitouch.store with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes and cancellations

If you need to change an address or cancel an order, contact us through the website chat as soon as possible. We can only attempt changes before dispatch; changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. After dispatch, the carrier's options may apply.

Taxes and import charges

Applicable taxes shown at checkout are included in the order total. For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may be collected by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states that they are included.
